General Description
An omelet containing cheddar cheese as a filling and hand folded in the middle.
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
  • Convection Oven Heat oven to 250°F. Place single layer of omelets in full-size steamer pan sprayed with no-stick cooking spray; do not cover. Thawed: 15-20 min. Frozen: 24-27 min. Conventional Oven Heat oven to 350°F. Place single layer of omelets in full-size steamer pan sprayed with no-stick cooking spray; cover pan tightly with foil. Thawed: 22-27 min. Frozen: 45-50 min. Griddle Heat griddle to 300°F. Place omelet on griddle. Turn over half way through cooking time. Thawed: 8-11 min. Frozen: 14-17 min. Microwave Place 1 omelet in ungreased microwaveable dish. Cover with plastic wrap and vent. Heat at full power. 1200 W. Thawed: 45-55 sec. Frozen: 75-85 sec. Pressureless Steamer Place single layer of omelets in an ungreased full-size steamer pan; do not cover. Thawed: 7 min. Frozen: 12 min. Steamtable Place full load of heated omelets in a steamtable pan. Set temperature at medium. Hold up to 1 hour maximum. *Note: Due to variance in oven regulators, heating time and temperature may require adjustment. Product should be heated to 165 degrees F internal temperature.
